1. Perform health care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists. 2. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, and running errands. 5. Care for individuals and families during periods of incapacitation, family disruption or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care and help in adjusting to new lifestyles. 6. Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services. 9. Dietetic Technicians - Assist dietitians in the provision of food service and nutritional programs. Under the supervision of dietitians, may plan and produce meals based on established guidelines, teach principles of food and nutrition, or counsel individuals. Opticians, Dispensing - Design, measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames for client according to written optical prescription or specification. Assist client with selecting frames. Measure customer for size of eyeglasses and coordinate frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescription. Prepare work order for optical laboratory containing instructions for grinding and mounting lenses in frames. Verify exactness of finished lens spectacles. Adjust frame and lens position to fit client. May shape or reshape frames.
